SWISS ROLLS Mix to a smooth paste on slow speed, then whisk for 4 mins on fast speed. To ensure an even texture mix for a further 45 seconds on slow speed. Bake at 220 - 250°C/430-460°F depending on the oven and weight of product for approximately five minutes. To increase flexibility of the Swiss Roll, water may be increased to 57%.
