The Five Seed Blend is packed conveniently in boxes containing ten 2kg sachets, and is a visually appealing combination of these five seeds.

Pumpkin seeds.

A rich blend of amino acids, zinc, protein, iron and phosphorous. Very low in carbohydrates.

Sesame seeds.

One of the smallest seeds, but packed with loads of goodness. High in protein, iron, zinc, magnesium and calcium. Low in carbohydrates and cholesterol free.

Sunflower seeds.

A healthy mix of unsaturated fats, protein, fibre and many important nutrients – all contained in one of nature’s most compact packages.

Brown and golden linseed.

Linseed is rich in unsaturated fats, and is recognised as an excellent remedy for intestinal problems and an aid to digestion. Each little seed contains oil, essential acids, protein... and much more.

Usage.

For optimum results the seed element should be just ten percent of the flour weight, or fifteen percent of the dough weight.

Dipping the dough into the seeds before baking couldn’t be easier – about 25g attaches, at a cost of approximately 4 pence per 800g loaf.
