METHOD

Using a plantary mixer and bowl, mix powder and water on slow speed for 30 seconds. Scrape down and mix for a further 30 seconds on second speed. Add fruit and mix on 1st speed until clear. Pin out to desired thickness (approx 2cm).

Cut as desired. Allow 20 minutes rest before baking. Glaze with beaten eggs/milk.

Baking guide - Oven temperature 210 - 230°C/410 - 450°F- baking time 9-12 minutes.

BAKING

Method as above.

After cutting, freeze down.

Once frozen, pack in plastic bag for protection.

When required place on trays, glaze with egg/milk mix.

Baking Guide - oven temperature 190 - 200°C/ 380 - 400°F- baking time 18-22 minutes.
