Brown Flours

We have a range of brown flours to match and equal the wholemeal line and include:-

H M C Brown - A treated flour milled from a blend of Canadian, American and European wheats.

Noram® Brown - Using a similar blend of wheats to H M C Brown, but modified to suit the needs of the modern baker.
